(Includes bachelorette parties, baby showers, girls night out, book club parties, office parties, etc.)

We are happy to customize your party plans with any service combinations you desire.

We recommend that you send a link to our menu to every person in the party ask them to select their desired services with as much advance notice as possible so that we can make sure to schedule enough time.

Step 1: Request your date

As soon as you receive an email reply from us confirming your temporary reservation, please contact each person in the party to confirm their participation and their specific service requests.

Before your party is formally reserved, we will need the first name of each member of your party and a confirmation on the specific services we are booking each person, and we will need to receive your payment of the $10 per-person private booking fee.
Our private booking fee of $10 per person is required for groups 4 and up. This an administrative fee for the work associated with accommodating group bookings. As an added value, set up a small table and provide light refreshments (fruit, crackers, cheese, sparkling juice) and utensils (glasses, napkins, silverware etc) This fee does not go towards service costs and is not refundable. Please do not pay the booking fee until we have confirmed availability and you are sure you will be proceeding with that appointment date. Groups are invited to bring additional refreshments if they desire and we will help display and serve them accordingly.

We cannot serve alcohol, but you are welcome to provide your own and serve yourselves, it is welcome in the salon during your private party.

Please provide at least 48 hours notice of any service cancellations to avoid a fee in the amount of 50% of the services booked. Please note this does apply to each individual service.
A common problem we come across when one person schedules for a whole group is that there is usually at least one person that didn’t know that they were scheduled for both hands and feet and they go and get theirs done elsewhere right before coming into their appointment and then want to drop the service last-minute on us when they arrive to the appointment they didn’t realize they were committed to by someone else. We cannot have cancellations of even individual services the day of the event. We need at least 48-hour notice for all cancellations.

Your group should know that we do accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover, but we cannot add gratuities to the cards the day of. If members are paying individually, they may want to know to come prepared with cash for gratuity. (We do also accept personal checks, and gratuities can be added to the checks if that is easier for anyone)

Step 3: Get confirmations from each guest. For your convenience we have created an email template that will ensure your guests are well informed and will send you in the information you need to pass on to us.

Step 4: Enjoy!
We recommend that you and your guests arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled services to get comfortable, select polish colors and enjoy refreshments. Please note that the start time for your party that we discuss is referring to the actual service start time, and guests should be informed to arrive shortly prior.
