Wedding Party/Group Request Form

Step 1: Private booking fee and basic information
A private booking fee of $10 per person is required for groups 4 and up. This includes a private room, reception area and light refreshments and is refundable only in the event that we cannot accommodate your party.

Please allow at least 72 hours notice of any service cancellations to avoid a fee in the amount of 50% of the services booked.

Step 2: Request a date/time, tell us approximately how many people and what services in the party.
We will get back to you with a confirmation and put in a time block for 48 hours while you confirm each guest in your party.

Step 3: Get confirmations from each guest. For your convenience we have created an email template that will ensure your guests are well informed and will send you in the information you need to pass on to us.

Step 4: Enjoy!
We recommend that you and your guests arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled services to get comfortable, select polish colors and enjoy refreshments. We will have a private room ready for you with disposable champaign glasses, napkins and other utensils. We cannot supply or serve an alcoholic beverages to you, but you are welcome to bring your own.
